It was just okay

Initial booking of hotel was great. Good response and gave us a disabled park near lift. Then reception booked us into a room with no grab bar no toilet with grab bar even though the rooms was advertised as having them. The toilet leaked and smelled really bad. It had a massive amount of silicon around the s bend so had been fixed many times. The lounge chair had no spring left in it you sat on hard floor basically. The view in booking had foliage. We had concrete pylons and a freeway. It was nothing like advertised room. The bed was comfortable .I would not stay in this hotel ever again

Lively and lovely hotel. Great room And facilities. Comfy bed and very clean and great staff. Breakfast is overrated … but lunch and supper well worth it. Will recommend and will return.

This is a beautiful hotel, wonderful rooms, great location, top of the line. I loved the views and the large bathtub. Highly recommend it.

OK hotel, not the best location as few facilities nearby — but can walk up Jacobs Ladder to Kings Park and also not far from CBD (but not great walk due to highway).

Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower, perfectly central location, really interesting building. The free drink/cheese tasting for guests is a lovely touch. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was my second stay here and we were on the ground floor this time - the upper level rooms are better for noise levels. Just a note for privacy considerations if you’re not travelling alone - the bathroom was just separated by a frosted glass partition/door.

Wonderful stay! The hotel was in a fabulous location, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and well maintained. We especially loved the daily brekkie and the evening drink - a lovely touch! Would happily stay again.
