The room was gorgeous, fresh clean bedding and towels. The staff was very nice and even let us retrieve some clothing items that we left in the room after checkout.

Love this hotel, location is great, rooms are not too cramped and well maintained.
Clean rooms, staff are friendly.
Bit of a wait for lifts but to be expected.
Our only disappointment is the chaotic breakfast, we tried different times and regardless had to queue to get a table and the selection of food using great, we’ve stayed before and it’s definitely deteriorated from when we’ve been there before. People can be rude and it wasn’t a great dining experience any day we were there. So actually wouldn’t stay again if we were looking to build in breakfast.
Other than that it’s a great hotel.
