Excellent restaurant serving top quality local food. Corner room with Lanai was nice to have a vantage point and somewhere to relax. Room was nicely decorated in a fun/modern style. Loved the pool area and the happy hour local craft beers and fries were excellent, as were the cooling ice pops! The room came with excellent freebies. All that was missing was a coffee machine. The cafe was nice downstairs though.

This place could have been better than expected. We arrived at 4pm when checking time was at 3pm. Unfortunately, the manager told us the room was not ready yet due to the previous client doing a late check out. They said they would call us when room is ready.We did not receive a call, and went back to the front desk after 2 and half hour to ask if our room was ready.We had to wait until 6:30pm to be able to go into our room. Mind you, we traveled from Miami (12hour flight) tired. We were comp with buffet that night however first impression is what matters the most.Next day, the breakfast dinning took pretty long to bring out the food and find seating. Walking through the 5th floor of the front building to breakfast smelled horrible. It smelled like mole, water,ect. On our 3rd day we rented a car, and purchased the $55 parking for the hotel. After 20 minutes of searching for parking, I could not locate a parking space. The only parking available was reserved for Valet, Electric, or employee only cars. I had no choice but to go back in and purchase the $65 Valet parking for the next 4 days. On the day before the last day, my wife and I decided to do a late checkout. The hotel told us they can only do until 12pm. We asked for our checkout to be at least 2pm due to the 3-4 hours it took us to receive our room during check in. The manager came and accommodate us until 1pm. This would have been a 5 star experience, but due to the experience and service we received it is a 3 star.

Room I was assigned was occupied by someone else when I got to the room. It was marketed as a quiet place to rest away from the noise of the main area - but it was the sea world of hotels. Also they charged by for 2 nights for a 22hr stay because I arrived early in the morning.
