Great location. Short walk from all the action. Hotel was comfortable and clean

My husband stated this was the best hotel he’s ever stayed it! Views are spectacular, breakfast every morning was amazing, bed was very comfortable, shower was great, and the storage was plentiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issue is it was hard to find the entrance on a Sunday evening since the hotel is just the top floor of an office building and the sign is very small. We called and the staff greeted us in the parking lot to help us. Great experience, would highly recommend!

The front desk people was wonderfull, they are helpful, friendly, professional and nice all the time, we feel like in home. Thank you Paola, Om and Shantal! You did our time in Reykjavik easy and better! The breakfest was very good and plenty of tasty meals. Beatiful location, with the best restaurants and bars around. I will reserve this hotel in the future if I come back Reykjavic. Thank you!!!

No Pool! even though the main photo of the listing is of a pool, there is no pool on site, they offer access to a public pool about a mile away. To me, the whole point was to be able to go down for a quick swim with the kids, not have to venture out, find parking and all that hassle. That was very frustrating. Pool aside, the apartment was very nice. Clean and modern. Great view of the sunset over the ocean. If you're looking for a place with a pool, this isn't it. If you don't care about the pool or don't mind a small side trip to use the pool, it's very nice and I would recommend.
