Spot rooms, amazing service throughout the resorts. ALL the staff is amazing, so friendly.

Clean and great service.

Resort was very clean, staff was great. Not much in amenities although they do give you 3 bottles. Food was disappointing especially in the buffet . The club restaurant was a big disappointment. It should of been the best restaurant but fell short. The waitress we had was not the best and go figure we got her two times! Although we were told they have to speak English if they worked in the restaurant on e she found out my husband spoke Spanish she refused to speak to me in English. It put a damper on the whole experience. Bell hopes an like Michael we're great so was the maid service. Thank you Bernie for the poker games from entertainment.

Staff was excellent. Room was great. AC dont work sometimes. BASMATI was highlight of stay it has best food compare to all other choices. Spice was also great. Tried agave, magna and some other restaurants. None were worth going again. All bars are great. Breakfast buffet was decent. Need to change menu little bit in breakfast buffet. It is same everyday. Rest all restaurants offering breakfast have similar menu. Getting excellence club membership was not worth it except for MANGA restaurant. Food from room service was terrible but its available 24/7.

our Buttler - LEONEL was amazing, he decorated so beautifully for my birthday and coordinated everything Miguel Ángel- the bottle service staff was extremely respectful and very attentive. he has a lot of knowledge regarding customer service. Armando- His cheerful personality and knowledge in food was also perfect for the vacation. Overall my family and I had a very much relaxing and luxurious vacation. we appreciate the hospitality
