The room is clean, breakfast is great, and staffs are helpful and accomodating.

While some equipment were aged, hotel room and equipments in the room were kept clean. However, the bathroom of the public area such as ground level and leobby were not kept clean. Most likely some of the customers not using properly, but I didn’t like it.

The buffet breakfast was very good--so many choices, even vegetarian. JR, one of the waiters in the breakfast restaurant was so attentive and even gave us helpful information about how to take public transportation. The only negative comment I have is that the water station on the 9th floor was not working.

We had a smooth and comfortable stay, Vanessa and the team was awesome, Vanessa is very professional and easy to communicate, she helped us from check in to check out, she even helped us with our luggages when we came early and secure it until check in in time. Room, linen and blankets are clean. I will definitely recommend it.

Yo can definitely find something cheaper for the same and even better services For a 5 star hotel, the check in area is too warm. Breakfast buffet is middling . U have to ask for coffee … why can’t coffee be available without asking someone to pour it for you ? And bring your own Splenda as they only have sugar as an option.

Mel was an excellent host she was able to answer any questions any time of the day and was very helpful and supportive

Close to all poblacion’s night life bars and restaurant

My room was not as clean as my last visit. Staff were courteous. Breakfast was decent. Mall is next door. Location is very close to the airport.

Swimming pool not private anymore as non hotel guests are welcome - swimming lessons morning and afternoon.
