There was no body wash. Some chs didnt work no inclusive breakfast and the buffet was only open 1 day on my 6day trip due to renovation or something. My light was broken. Floors were dirty when we got there. Very Family Friendly. Beautiful Staff. Beautiful Hotel.

Pool side was amazing Wednesday and Thursday with nice low lounge music - BUT Friday it was impossible to stay at the pool as the volume and bass was WAY TO LOUD. A lot of people left as you couldn’t speak together.

Rooms are outdated but does the trick. Day staff were great, night staff were very rude. We had bottled water at the pool well watching the kids, and the night staff came right in gave us such a hard time rudely about it. We were told to pretty much remove our water bottles or leave. They have parking in a garage which is included which is hard to find in San Francisco. The beds were very comfortable. It is on a busy corner and it was very loud. We could hear everything from outside in our room, even people talking. We had a few spiders in our room.
