"First time since new ownership. 360 degree improvement. Clean , friendly staff , rooms updated. It was really nice. Few snags but they will correct. Like ironing board , no iron , rooms without hairdryer. That being said you call the desk and they deliver to room right away. "

"Staff was very helpful and attentive. Hotel was able to accomodate early check-in. Hotel location was fabulous; near stores, restaurants and pier. Did not need to drive anywhere, which was great since you have to pay for parking. Enjoyed my stay. Only con would be that the room had an armour, and there had ro put luggage on sofa. A luggage rack would have been helpful."

"We loved it there. The staff is so friendly and pay attention to everyone and take an interest. We were there for my son’s karate tournament and all the staff were so enthusiastic about it asking him questions when we arrived and told them why were there and asked all about it after we returned. I saw them show that interest in everyone they spoke to. "
