"The property has a nice clean pool and comfortable, shady sitting areas around it. Pretty gardens too. The property manager and the owner were kind and helpful and welcoming. Quiet other than the sounds of waves crashing nearby and birds and howler monkeys :)"

"The property is quaint and well kept, centrally located within walking distance to everything….including steps from the beach! Everything is well maintained and immaculately clean, with consistent WiFi and excellent AC in guest rooms. The pool area is a sublimely relaxing space and the restaurant menu serves something for everyone’s palate. **BUT** what makes The Palms so genuinely special is its staff. Every staff member is friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond, adding personal touches to the customer service they provide, especially Ileana at reception and Chris in the dining/bar area. Huge thanks to the entire team for a fantastic stay. PURA VIDA!!"
