"The room is very worn. Remote was sticky. No accessible outlets near bedside table. The bed was comfortable, but found a full flea in the bed om my way out. Gross."

"Even though our view was of the parking structure (you get what you pay for!), the location of this hotel is worth the money. Right in the center of Cannery Row, you have access to both sides of the road without leaving the hotel. Shopping, dining, Beach access, and the Aquarium all just up or down the street from the hotel."

"The staff was very kind and helpful. The beds were amazing. They have plenty of parking. The only con was the shower very little water flow out of the shower head. "

"Clean room & linens. Friendly staff, prompt response to requests or concerns. Haven't had opportunity to use laundry but am aware it's on site and guests are welcome to use service. Rooms heat/air manually control hot and cold windows let's sunshine in majority of rooms. Microwave mini fridge blow dryer iron and board coffee pot tea supplies too! Remote controlled television wide variety channels movies or cast your device. Very accommodating single or families traveling. Enclosed pool and Denny's across the street! Enjoy relaxing reasoable prices a nice swim and beach less than 2 minutes away along with wide variety of options to satisfy your inner foodie! "

"Our junior suite was well appointed, bed was comfy, fireplace added to the ambiance. The only complaint is that it was noisy at times. It was in the back of the building and near a dumpster of some sort, possibly assc. with the restaurant. We were awaken early in the morning due to this, it was quite noisy intermittently in the early evening hours. Would stay again, but not in this particular room #295. All suites evidently are on the 2nd floor, not suitable for those with mobility issues, they do have services to help with luggage. "

"Location, location, location. Right across from beach. Beach House restaurant is across the street and it’s excellent. Hotel was clean and comfortable. "

"We were supposed to get a pre-check in email with instructions, but it never came. Fortunately there was someone at the desk to help us. This hotel should be viewed as a good, clean, crash pad. The toilet paper holder was broken, the fireplace didn’t work, and the video/zoom checkout was very glitchy. The room itself was renovated recently, it seemed, but the hallways were in very rough shape. "

"Amazing location, super friendly staff, great for kids!! You can rent out chairs and umbrellas for the beach and can use their towels to take down to the beach as well! The poolside bar is awesome! Only complaint would be you get charged a service fee and tax on EVERYTHING! We called the front desk for towels and again for more TP and got charged $5.80 each time. Overall, you can’t beat the location! It’s perfect!!! "
