"Everything about this property was exquisite. The room, service, location, everything. The ONLY drawback was attempting to get there to park. It is in the old town that seems like it is pedestrian only. It was VERY nerve-racking driving down those streets packed with people to get there. Once there, it was ideal."

"A great location close to the station and within walking distance of many great restaurants. I was surprised by how large the single room was, which was clean and a comfortable bed. Only downside was my room being next to the lift door so noise carried through, but for the price and all the benefits of the location I can’t really complain. Would stay again!"
"We had a wonderful three-night stay here. The rooms are small, but efficient. It was very quiet. Beds were comfortable. The location to the main train station and walkability to all things downtown was our primary reason for staying here. We enjoyed the proximity to the Coop (grocery store) for quick and easy meals. "We were more than happy with our stay! We had a family room which was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. We loved having space to spread out and each have our own bathroom and bedroom. The location was convenient to walk or take the bus to nearby attractions. Every single staff member that we worked with, especially the front desk associates, were welcoming, friendly, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding areas. They always had a smile on their face, even after us asking lots of questions. Our children left there saying, “If we ever come back to Lucerne, we want to stay at this hotel!” Thank you for a memorable experience. "

"The hotel is very nice when you enter and the room was pleasant too. I liked the fact that we had a kettle in our room and the reception staff were happy to provide English Breakfast teabags for me to use in the room.
We also got a dressing gown and slippers which we were able to use to go down to the pool in. The pool and sundeck was an added bonus for our stay. It was nice to have a swim and then relax after a busy day out and about.
The location was easy to get to via tram from the station, just needed to take number 3. The stadium is only a couple of minutes walk which was also helpful. There was also a fridge in the room, which again was another bonus. We didn't have breakfast (as it was quite expensive) so can't comment on the restaurant facilities but apart from that, great hotel, great reception area to sit and nice comfortable beds. Quite, dark rooms, great!"
