The kitchen are equipped properly without the separate bread toaster (I guess they are not doing this for fire alarm hazards & FIRE HAZARDS!, which I could understand for myself but I do not know from others). We did not use their laundry service but they have FLAT IRON & Ironing Board available inside the room. The size of the room is OK for 2 adults & 2 KIDS. The room & the facilities are clean when we arrived. Showers has two options [the movable & the immovable shower heads] and water temperatures can be controlled easily which are very nicely done. OUR first time to have door code rather than a "card key" as a key to open the door. This is MY first time to drink local water for drinking (water from Switzerland Alps!) while in holiday.

it was not totally exceptional but it has exceeded my expectation. It was not totally spotless clean but it was acceptable. It was surprisingly smeels good, and during the night it was peaceful. The good thing the place is near to transportation and from stores and restaurants.

We stayed for 3 nights. The bed’s springs were completely gone. I’m certainty the customer staying before complained. It’s impossible for anyone to sleep on that bed. We slept on the sofa the last night. Our backs are hurting. We emailed them (as that’s how communication was made from the time we booked until check in). They did not email us back until the day we checked out saying they were too busy to respond! Oh and housekeeping knocking loadly continuously until you answer at 09:55am to check out. Like the place is on fire. Perhaps you would consider providing a face towel each and a shampoo each. The only good thing about this place was the train stop directly outside the apartment which made travel easy! Definitely do not recommend to anybody. Transport is easy almost everywhere in Zurich anyway. Book somewhere else!

I love the Location !

Customer Service gave me some headaches this time, according change room category, check in time and payment(human been make mistakes sometimes),but overall is a good place to stay, considering excelent location, comfortn and train station on your feet that takes you to Zurich HB only in 4min.

Good price quality relation

It was great for the price we paid! we were next to a train station and could go to the city center in 6 minutes, I recommend it if you want to save some money! It’s also close to a mall that has a big supermarket

Location was great as there was supermarket within 10 mins of walking...public transport was few meter aways too to get to the Zurich central. We had 2 apartments as we were party of 5, check in process was easy - just make sure you send in your details 48 hours before to ensure you get the codes without having to chase. Overall excellent 👍

Nice apartment horrible smoke smell.

Stayed for a weekend. Apartment was in a great location and met all our needs for a short break. Small kitchen two separate bedrooms and decent bathroom. My only criticism was the extremely strong smell of smoke. Even though it’s a non-smoking property, someone has been consistently smoking in that apartment. It was horrible!! This should really be addressed.

I stayed in Vision Apartments, Wolframplatz for a week. The service apartment is quite spacious. The kitchen had an induction cook top, a microwave oven and also a dishwasher. Bathroom was clean but the weekly cleaning was not done. It is a self checkin Apartment and i was locked out a few times due to the change in key code. There is no one at the property to help you out. You would have to call customer support for everything. Overall it was an average stay.

Easy access with the code, no matter what time you arrive. Actually it is a hotel without reception, sober entrance and hallways. Sweet "bit chemical" flavour all around, but you don't smell it anymore after a while. We had a 50 m2 appartment which is fully equiped. Quite modern with 2 floors. 2 bathrooms, 2 televisions, small kitchen and lots of space. Quite warm inside and we could not find any thermostat to lower the temperature. The bed was good, we slept well. Unfortunately some noice from workers at the railway but that was a coincident. Parking lot available. Train station and trams are very nearby. We would recommend the appartment for a short stay (few nights)

The property does not have any ventilation. The room was very hot. Was provided with only a small fan. In spite of several requests, another fan was not provided. Could not sleep for 2 nights that we stayed there. Most of the lights in the room does not work. The bedside shades do not have bulb. One light just fell off the wall on the first night. It is very noisy 24hrs as the property is next to a highway. There is no one to security in such a big property. No security. People are following and getting in and up the lift. Very dim light in the corridor.
