Crowne Plaza Zürich by IHG
The room and shower are a bit small, but not too bad. Staff are friendly and helpful. Tram station is less than 5 minutes away. There is a 110v outlet in the room, but it didn’t work. We had adaptors so it wasn’t a big deal. Old town city center is about 15 minutes away by tram.

Pricy for what you get. Breakfast is so so for what you pay but you get good coffee. Showers are horrible in that water splatters everywhere. The location is great. Self check in made the place feel cheap but at least there was a person to help you there.

Tile in the shower, not clean. The lamps in our room did not work properly because of failing lightbulbs. The showerhead was broken and had to be replaced before we could take a shower. Just not a pleasant experience.
