The reception staff were friendly and professional, reception areas very nice. The room was very clean and modern, well paid d out. Would have given 5 stars but the pillows were t good and the bed was a bit firm for me.

Had a plumbing issue that took a while to resolve. It was difficult to communicate with staff on site ( not one person we tried to communicate with spoke English-they all spoke Turkish.
