Very small and spartan room. No free breakfast and the airport shuttle was very crowded. Perhaps the shuttle problem was due to the on-going Easter weekend.

Communicating with staff was difficult, as there were times where our included breakfast option was removed from the booking, and additional services were added that we didn’t ask for. Cityden Zuidas
We had a very good experience in the citiden zuidas. Staff was attentive and accommodating. Room is nice and all basic needs are covered. Location very convenient being very close to tram line that goes to the citybon one side and to the mall on the other. On site restaurant with nice view.

Urban Residences
A few minor things with damage and stains in the room. Take pictures when you first arrive just in case they try to charge you out of the deposit you pay on arrival.
