Relaxing cottage away from it all

The property is in excellent condition and well maintained. Very peaceful and tou can hear the church bells every hour. We walked 45 minutes down the mountain to the town of Zoagli on the trail next to the property. Very intense but worth it. This property does have 50 stairs to get access to so prepare accordingly. Would stay here again without question.

Beautiful views, rustic 2 level apartment

Place was a little difficult to find, parking is tight, almost impossible to find 1 of our 3 nights, place is basic, outdated, and doesn’t have air conditioning. There was 1 non working unit by front door, bedrooms in lower level didn’t have air. Luckily the weather was very good and we didn’t need during the night. Church bells ring every 30 mins until 12:30a, starting at 6:00a. Neighbors are loud in the morning when we were trying to sleep in. No oven, wood for pizza oven was wet and not useable. Some screens in windows don’t work. Views are very pretty of Portofino

Lovely Apartment with a view

Fabiola was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. The house was lovely and had an amazing view. It was a bit hard to find since we came in at night but Fabiola was super helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay here again for sure.

The property has incredible views and the pictures in the listing are accurate. Fabiola was attentive. The property in my opinion should have advised us that to access the house it required either 80 steps straight up or over 90 broken up into three landings. We were a group of four adults into our 60s. It was difficult to make it on up without even attempting to bring our luggage. The house is very secluded up in the mountains with a long narrow windy drive. Once inside the stairwell is very narrow about 24 inches wide. I'm only 5'7" and bumped my head heading to the downstairs. We should have been warned about these hazards in the description of the property. We did not stay and had to scramble to get alternate accommodations for our stay.

Wir haben zu viert 8 Tage in dieser sehr ruhigen und ordentlichen Unterkunft verbracht und Ausflüge nach Rapallo, Portofino, Genua, Chiavari und Sestri Levante gemacht.Besonders positiv waren - der sehr gute Kontakt zur Gastgeberin per WhatsApp.- der Blick auf die Bucht bis Portofino (sogar ein Fernglas lag am Fenster, sodass wir einige Schiffe identifizieren konnten).Klar sein muss einem, dass die Gegend sehr verwinkelt und steil ist (zum Zentrum von Zoagli mit Strand sind es etwa 3km und 215 Höhenmeter). Autofahren und Parken können eine Herausforderung sein. Und Vieles ist etwas älter und improvisierter als bei uns. Das war für uns aber eine sehr willkommene Abwechslung vom Alltag - wir hatten absolut nichts zu bemängeln und wären gerne länger geblieben!

Fantastisch huis op een heerlijke locatie

Pros: Mooi in de bergen gelegen groot huis, met een ver uitzicht op zee. Het huis zelf is perfect onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaresse is lief, betrokken en behulpzaam al voor de reis begint. De locatie is vooral super als je van wandelen houdt. Een heerlijke wandeling door de vallei brengt je op een mooi strand. Met de Cinque Terra in de buurt kun je je wandelhart helemaal ophalen. Heerlijke vakantie op een prachtige plek. Een echte aanrader!
