ABOUT THE SPACE
The Blackberry Family Tent sleeps 4 and offers a spacious, beautifully appointed interior with a plush king-size bed, a queen-size bed (bedroom unit with beds separated by a partition wall), and a cozy sitting area, all complemented by handcrafted furnishings made by local artisans. The en-suite bathroom features a hot shower with heated floors, while the back deck invites you to unwind in a luxurious soaking tub, surrounded by nature’s tranquility.

Complete with electricity, climate control (oversized Mitsubishi heat & air-conditioning units), and premium linens, this cabin offers a cozy yet refined sanctuary.

Each tent is equipped with a kitchenette (with pour-over coffee maker & coffee, mini fridge/freezer, convection oven, and air fryer) and private outdoor grill and pizza oven, perfect for crafting oven-fired pizzas or grilling a delicious meal under the open sky.

ON-PROPERTY AMENITIES
The on-property experiences at Tuxedo Falls are so special, you might not want to leave. We have five cascading private waterfalls, miles of scenic private hiking trails, a designated swimming hole for cold plunging, on-site private fly fishing, birding, and more.

While we’ve worked hard to ensure the construction is minimally disruptive, guests may notice some signs of the ongoing build, such as construction materials, unfinished landscaping, or light daytime work activity near the lodge area. Please don’t expect everything to look pristine or polished just yet — we’re still putting the final touches in place.

That said, all guest accommodations — including our treehouses, tree tents, trails, and outdoor amenities — are fully open and ready for your stay. You’ll still enjoy the peaceful setting, natural beauty, and elevated comfort that make Tuxedo Falls so special.
