Hotel Riu Santa Fe - All Inclusive

"The resort was very clean, although massive. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice. The food was okay, not bad, but not great. The only reason we didn't give it five stars is due to the loud music at night. We are older and remember what it was like to be young and expected some noise. The first few nights of our stay you could hear the music off in the distance until.around 2 AM, but it didn't hinder our sleep. The last two nights of our stay the music was loud and went on until around 4 AM"

"Viceroy Los Cabos is a beautiful property with stunning architecture, a luxurious atmosphere, and a relaxing ambiance. While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the breakfast inclusion was disappointing. My Hotels.com reservation stated “Breakfast for 2” without restrictions, but only the American Breakfast was covered. This should have been clearly communicated at booking to avoid confusion. Despite this, the overall experience was lovely, and I would recommend the hotel, with hopes for better transparency moving forward."
