"When we first got to the resort, it was a little rocky to say the least. There are no elevators and 4 floors to each building. We were not able to have help with our bags, as a big tour group got there at the same time. Our originally assigned room was filthy and gross: the walls were caked with feet/hand prints, makeup still on the sheets, and the room overall was in need of repair. When I tried to call the front desk, I was told that she didn’t believe me and needed someone to check my word. We waited for 30 minutes in the room - no show. I went to the front desk with pictures. We spent 2.5 hours walking from another room that was also dirty, to the front desk to inform them yet again. Overall it took us 3 hours (and a LOT of walking in 94 degrees heat) to get into a cleaner room that was sufficient for us to spend 5 days in. Once we were able to get changed and get down to the pool, we were much happier. All of the employees are great and very helpful. Drinks were fantastic and the food was great. Breakfast at both restaurants are the same, just different locations on the property. We did try the steakhouse and it was excellent!! Their 24 hour selection was really sad, just a pile of chips and some cheese sauce. Definitely the party place, it was bumping bass music until after 2am but we were expecting that. Room(s) and front desk agent who implied I was lying: 0/10 Pools, restaurants and everything else: 9/10"

"Beautiful property. The pool was amazing. Unfortunately, you couldn't walk on beach, too dangerous and last 4 days was threatened by possible hurricane. Bedroom was very big and beds were very comfortable. Had to Uber to town and it was extremely hot while we were there. You have to book restaurants on their app which was a pain. The early options filled up fast and not enough selections because some restaurants only open 1 or 2 days through out the week. Staff was very good and helpful."

"The staff here is super friendly and always willing to assist. Room was immaculate and cleaning staff is always on top of things. Not a single meal went without great food. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you to all of the staff that helped to personalize the stay throughout."

"The staff was amazing. So attentive and seemed happy to be working there. There was plenty of staff in the right place to assist with whatever we needed. The room was clean and comfortable. The A/C worked great and was a welcome relief from the warm weather. There were plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and the pool was clean. It was a great stay and I will be coming back!"
