"Room was clean. Cleaning service was very good. Restaurants were good. La Nao, Tazuna, and The Bistro were standouts. Market was ok. Pizza place and Greens spot were sub par. Cake and gelato places were standouts. Amazing staff everywhere. Super helpful and courteous. Main pool and Skypool were highlights. Fun Lab was great but only half the games worked. That’s place needs some love for the amount of attention it sees. "

"The room was always clean, staff were so helpful. Being a families welcomed resort, I was very impressed with how many activities were available for all ages. Everyone seemed happy and to be having fun. Definitely will return!"

"Staff is unbelievable knew my name by the 2nd day and attention to detail was unreal. Music was fantastic but shows were hotel grade. Food was excellent but somewhat limited. Don’t get me wrong everything was delicious. Watched whales all day long from the pool and my balcony "
