"Clean room did not stay for breakfast"

"The parking was amazing, the food was amazing! Everything was great!!! "

"We were not impressed with this property. The renovation in the lobby was beautiful from what we saw. However in the hallways and our room, it was a mess. There was paint splattered all over our floor. Black water kept coming out of our faucets and someone’s old food was left in our fridge. Getting to the location from the highway was kind of annoying and not having an elevator was pretty difficult. The only things that were positive about this hotel was the staff when I checked in and the beds were comfy. We probably would not stay here again. "

"The room is always clean and the staff is exceptionable. Love that they're is more parking in the back and the local cops patrol the area making me feel safe. "

"We had to ask for our room to be cleaned after it wasn’t cleaned the second or third day. The breakfast isn’t terrible—lots of options, but those scrambled eggs need help. Both bartenders are the BEST. We literally stay at this hotel because of them."

"Overall nice little place to stay for a night on short notice. Breakfast was comprehensive and great to have again when booking on short notice so I didn't have to find someplace else to go. Only thing definitely needing improvement is that pretty toxic smelling linens that you have or fragrances or whatever it is that you use in the rooms and hallways. Definitely need to be modernizing yourself and going scent/perfume/allergy free. I wouldn't stay here again because of that unless I'm able to confirm before booking that you've gone in that direction."

"Everyone should at least stay at these old world places at least once. We did not get a chance to use the Tap Room or any of the amenities at the hotel since it was Mother's day but once everyone went home, we got a chance to sit in the lobby and take in the grandness of it all. We stayed in 628 and the bathroom was run downed with a cracked sink, peeling paint, and a cracked seat in the shower. The room was better and well appointed. I was wondering if you get this type of room when you use a third party reservation place like Hotels.com."
