"I stayed at Bear Creek Mountain Resort this past weekend and overall had a really nice experience. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the food was also very good. One of the highlights for me was the pools—we loved having both indoor and outdoor options to enjoy. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, which always makes a stay more enjoyable. The only downside—and for me it’s a big one—was the air conditioning in the room. The temperature stayed around 75°F, which made it hard to sleep comfortably. I ended up opening the window, which honestly saved the night. I’m not sure if this is an issue in all rooms, but I was in room 325. That said, I would definitely come back because everything else was great. I just hope the AC situation is improved, especially with summer coming—otherwise it could make a stay pretty uncomfortable."

"Everything was great except that the pool was "under maintenance" for our full weekend stay. Kids were excited to swim during our trip. It was quite the coincidence that the pool was re-opened the morning we checked out. We did not see any people "maintenancing" the pool our entire stay, as our room had full view of the pool. Very disappointing. If one of the highlighted amenities is unavailable, I think patrons should be notified ahead of time to make other accommodations for stay as the pool was going to be kids entertainment during our stay "

"The back parkung needs more lights and cameras. The room was big and clean shower had amazing pressure and the soap shampoo and conditioner was actually really good.My only complaint would be the beautiful king size bed was really hard"
