"I liked everything about this property. The staff is the best and go out of their way to help a foreigner guest. Very clean and centrally located, I give it 100 out of 100.

"We reserved 3 rooms with city view. My room could see the Gongbei crossing where a constant stream of people cross into and out of Macau like ants. The location of the hotel is really fantastic. Walking distance to the Gongbei crossing and the Zhuhai Rail Station for high speed trains. We didn’t walk to the rail station, we took a DiDi (5 mins). There’s a huge underground mall under the Gongbei crossing and the rail station, they are connected. In there, you can find endless shops, restaurants, food stalls. We found ourselves stopping there near everyday. The breakfast was incredible, we paid $100RMB per person and had breakfast at the hotel twice. You can have endless mimosas and a great selection of Chinese options and western options. Complete with an ocean view. We went at 7am, so caught the sunrise over the ocean as well. Char Bar is a fancy restaurant with great atmosphere and very nice bar, also ocean view with the nighttime being especially pretty. We also ate at Nova, the Cantonese restaurant with dim sum. Service at the hotel is amongst the best. Doormen always available to help you in and out or cars, rooms were always made up superbly, plates cleared constantly, you couldn’t help but feel the care they take to make sure each quest is pampered. The rooms are huge, I love the separate toilet room off to one side and then the shower, tub and double sinks in another room. Really helpful for sharing a room with other people. The tub is over sized with bath salts."
"I was really impressed. Honestly, staying here it felt like staying at one of the premium hotels in Macau. Great sized room, super comfortable bed (the pillows could’ve been a little bit harder for my liking), large TV, with plenty of Eng channels (thank God!), Lovely bathroom, everything in very good condition, air-conditioning that was both silent, and powerful, a brilliant breakfast with great quality food selection, a very good gym, and a lovely swimming pool (that was absolutely freezing because it was winter so I didn’t use it), and in a good location. Around a 20 minute stroll to the beach, 10 out of 10! "
"My room was nice, clean, and large and included large bathroom with tub and a shower. It featured large windows that offered awesome views. I especially loved the Lounge view, which was spectacular both day and night! Worth the upgrade!
The location is great. It was easy to get out for a morning jog along the river, and I loved that the hotel is by the mall with plenty of food options.
The service was excellent. The bellmans Kyle and Asan provided great service, helping us English-speaking Americans with taxi directions and showing us how to use the Didi app.
Finally, the breakfast buffet was awesome. There were many options to choose from, and it was served in an expansive, beautiful scenic location. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!"
