Breakfast wasn't completely free for the child over 14, people would need to read clearly all the T&C. the receiption hall was a bit noisy everyday as it was let out for activities. Otherwise it was good, clean and confortable.

Best hotel experience I’ve ever had
Had the best hotel experience of my life at Sofitel Zhengzhou. After years of traveling and countless hotel stays this stands out as being above and beyond. Wonderful facilities, amazing rooms and the best service that I’ve ever had, anywhere. Would love to return again.

The front deck person, I think his name is Winston?, is very nice and professional, he made upgrade for our rooms, the room design is fantastic and the breakfast was excellent, will stay there again
