Fantastic Stay!

Amazing hotel, well located in town. 10 min walk from the main train station and most ski lifts. Great breakfast every morning, shout out to the omelete man). Room was comfy and cozy. Spa was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the ski room was well kept also. Would definitely stay there again.

I truly lived everything about this hotel. Charlotte and all the staff, couldnt get all names, were so helpful, kind, and welcoming. The food in the restaurants were great and also the drinks at the bar. I had an extremely great view of the matterhorn right iut the door. I kindly thank everyone for all great hospitality and each time i visit zermatt, yhis will be my home away from home. I give them 5 stars.

Clean, comfortable and good location between the town centre and the Furi gondola. Nice breakfast with a good selection of eggs, cold meats, cheeses, fruit, bread and muesli but it would be nicer if there had been some variation through our stay. One issue - our room did not have a thermostat and was overheated so we had to open the windows at night to sleep.
