"Outdated rooms need some updating but overall comfortable beds. If you are a smoker make sure you leave the property to smoke or you will get yelled at for smoking outside of the room on property. "

"It was alright, just another casino hotel. Room wasn’t the cleanest as the bathroom door had some stains on it that were pretty gross. But honestly, I had to remind myself I was in a casino AND hotel. Check in host spoke really fast and you could tell he just was getting us checked in and onto the next person. Needed more towels and called rooms service but not answer, left a message and never heard back. We had to ask staff in the hallway for more towels. I’d say the best part of our stay was the gentleman who helped us bring our luggage down stairs and loaded it into the car. He was AWESOME!! Friendly, kind, genuine and conversational! I really appreciate him! I wish I remembered his name! He deserves 5 stars if sure! Overall stay was 3 stars!"
