Luxury villa on the waterfront with jetty

Enjoy a great holiday in this villa in Zeewolde. It is equipped with a fully-furnished kitchen, a garden, a wing and a 14 m long deck/jetty; you can fish at the water's edge! There are 3 bedrooms with comfortable box springs and it is an excellent choice for families.

The property is a short distance from Harderwijk at 6.8 km among other things known due to Dolphinarium. You can walk or enjoy mountain biking through the woods in the nearby Veluwe or relax on the Veluwemeer at 2 km. A golf course is 300 m away.

There are 2 bedrooms with a TV and the villa also has 2 frame TVs. The kitchen is equipped with essential items for preparing delicious meals and a Nespresso Coffee Machine. An outdoor shower is available, the bathrooms are equipped with rain showers and you can relax in the bathtub. There are also 2 parking spaces on private property.

Due to the peace, it must be silent at 10 p.m. at the park. It is also not permitted to run loud music during the day. Gas consumption for the fireplace and barbecue must be indicated in advance (costs: 30 euros).

Alles sehr gut, nur ein paar Details sind verbesserungswürdig. Zwischen den Laken war zum Beispiel kein Platz für die Doppelmatratze, sondern nur für Einzelmatratzen. Das Haus hat keine Waschmaschine, es gibt nur sehr wenige Handtücher und es war ziemlich staubig. Einige Geräte fehlen, alles andere ist sehr gut.

Das Haus war in Ordnung, aber es gab keine Wäschemöglichkeiten, dh Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Wenn Sie also länger als ein Wochenende bleiben, können Sie weder Bettwäsche, Handtücher noch Kleidung waschen. Das Licht über dem Esstisch funktioniert nicht, sodass Sie bei wenig Licht auf Ihrem Tisch essen müssen. Wir haben in mehreren Villen in diesem Park übernachtet und diese werden wir nicht noch einmal mieten.

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich sehr schön. Man sollte aber wissen, dass die Badezimmer keine Türen haben. Von dem Bett im Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss hat man sogar freien, nicht verstellbaren Blick auf die Toilette. Es gibt allerdings eine Gästetoilette im EG. Zur Sauberkeit: Die Böden waren voller Krümel, die Fußmattenwaren nicht gesaugt und die Treppenstufen ins 1. OG waren schon lange nicht mehr gefegt worden. Allerdings war der Staubsauger estellt so voll, dass gründliches Saugen auch fast unmöglich war. Auch die Fliesen in den Duschen waren offenbar das letzte Mal vor Monaten geputzt worden. Die Schiebetür zur Terrasse im Wohnzimmer ließ sich nicht abschließen, so dass vom Garten aus das Haus jederzeit - auch unerlaubt - hätte betreten werden können. Entgegen den Belvilla-Unterlagen hat die Haustür kein E-Schloss, sondern ein normales Schloss mit 2 Schlüsseln. Wenn die beschriebenen "Ärgernisse" nicht gewesen wären, wäre das Haus nicht nur sehr schön, sondern rundherum toll gewesen.

Wenn Sie ankommen, denken Sie wow, was für ein schönes Haus. Beim ersten Abbiegen schaust du auf die Klingel und die Haustür und dann denkst du hoppla. So schmutzig. Kann passieren, denkst du, weil das draußen ist. Dann sieht man die Innentüren und die mattschwarzen Küchenschränke, die in Zeiten von Corona voller Fingerflecken sind. Im Schlafzimmer ein Spiegelschrank, den man kaum anzufassen wagt. Ich verstehe, dass man nicht so gut reinigen kann wie zu Hause, aber Fingerflecken an allen Griffen, Spiegeln, Glas und Türen sind in diesen Zeiten von Corona wirklich nicht möglich. REINIGUNGSKOSTEN SIND ES DEFINIERT NICHT WERT. Auch ein kaputter Regenschirm. Kochen ist primitiv, da es an Küchenutensilien mangelt. Sie können nicht einmal backen, weil alle Pfannen nicht backen. Das Schließen der Schiebetür mit dem Schlüssel ist sehr schwierig. Das Reinigungsniveau liegt leider weit unter dem erwarteten Niveau dieser Ferienvilla. Sehr schade! Warte auf Ihre Antwort.
