"Stayed here with teenage boys on a visit to Auschwitz Museum. Check-in was hassle-free and room fairly well appointed - the only complaint being that it was too hot. AC didn't seem to work and there was no fan. The Spa was an excellent resource though, sadly not all the steam rooms/ saunas were working. ..."
