"It was an okay hotel. Very tired and dated and easily outclassed by other places we stayed at during our Costa Rica trip. Conveniently located for the airport but no shuttle service available."

"Our first night was ok. The AC unit didn't work very well but it stayed cool enough to sleep. The 2nd night however was not good. The AC unit stopped working all together. Went down to reception and they brought up a small air cooler but it wasn't working either and the maintenance guy said he was going to tell his boss what was going on and would be back. After 30 min he never returned. I went down and talked to security and the security guy told me that the maintenance guy had told him if I come looking for him to let him know that he had done all he could that we just needed to report it in the morning. That didn't help that night when the room was. 86°. Fahrenheit and no AC. What really set me off was the guy saying he was going to talk to his boss and would be back and then just leaving because it was time for him to leave and not even bothering to come back to tell us anything just left us sitting there. That's unacceptable."

"View is amazing, lady that works there is very good..property is run down and need better maintenance and paintings. Wifi is good and breakfast is very simple , no complain . Pool was closed because of paintings . Parking is free .please sent up pest control .that is a must . Property itself still have a lot of potential for improvement before it's too late"

"Stayed here for one night before our flight and we were not disappointed! The breakfast and dinner at their restaurant also exceeded our expectations. Conveniently close to the airport with seamless shuttle service. Would absolutely stay here again!"
