"When we arrived at the hotel the front door was so heavy that I actually thought it was locked so I rang the bell which didn’t please the receptionist. She was very rude and proceeded to tell me that hotel parking was extra and that I had to pay extra for the dogs on checking in. Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was quite dirty as per photos. "Excellent hotel on all fronts. Location is amazing, right smack bang in the middle of the old town. Staff were super helpful and very proactive in helping us with luggage, onward travel arrangements and amenities. Breakfast buffet is good, with lots of Spanish options fresh seasonal fruit and also more traditional breakfast fare. I do note that there was a small issue in our room that caused some inconvenience, but it was rectified quickly and professionally."
