"The bedroom is barebones. The restaurant was the usual microwaved spanish stuff. At reception there was this insufferable person , Marco or Franco, can't remember his name. Basically he gave me the worst possible room he had with an arrogant attitude. There is nothing much around the hotel. Won't be going back."

"All gone wrong… maps tooks you to another building, the phone number is wrong, it takes forever to get rid of the chat bot and talk to a real person, then you got the place phone number, but … the receptionist only speaks Spanish (not French and English as promised) .
