The property is located in a private development. You will have exclusive access. Entry is through a key handover system, coordinated with the building staff. You will have unlimited access to all areas of the house and outdoor spaces.

No smoking inside the house. No pets allowed. Unapproved parties. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Additional cleaning fee: $500 MXN per stay. No extra visitors allowed. Any damage to the property may incur additional charges.

To get around, it's best to have a vehicle. Guadalajara International Airport is about a 1 hour and 20 minutes drive away. You can also take a taxi or use mobility apps upon arrival. Free parking is available on the property.
