"Great location if you are planning on skiing. Cosy little hotel, alittle tired, but clean. Staff very hospitable, and pleasant,only to keen to try and help .Not a lot of English. Service was great.They pick up and drop off as required, this made it much easier to get around. Could rent skis from there, as well as pay for lift pass. Could also purchase other day tours from there. Breakfast was great."

"非常西洋派的旅館，很適合要來藏王花很多天雪的人～～飯店人員也都是外國人（為了來滑雪打工換宿那種），氣氛很有趣！ 離看樹冰的纜車比較遠（約步行15分鐘），另外如果有大件行李，建議走溫泉街上去，旁邊的車道比較危險。最後，早餐好吃🙂"

"Nice new hotel with spacious room and nice bathroom. It is a block from the train station and bus terminal so it is easy to explore the regions such as Zao Onsen and Yamadera. The hotel restaurant is one of the best serving famous local beef and hotel guests have a decent discount. Highly recommended for visiting Yamagata."
