I really enjoyed the staff!! Angie and Robin was very helpful. The room was very nice and clean! Breakfast was good. Krissy the breakfast ambassador was very friendly and made sure to keep up with breakfast. All in all it was a very nice stay. I would recommend

Great experience sheila at check in greated us with a friendly smile and hello got us all checked in room was perfect. The bed was nice and comfortable Krissy was serving breakfast that day food was nice and hot with plenty of great choices. After a long day a quick dip in the heated pool was great thanks and big shout out to all the great staff.......We always look forward to our stay here with your hotel thank you

Hotel was very dated and had a funny smell. Our first set of sheets had a crust on them in multiple spots, had to request new sheets. The toilet seat was old and extremely worn. The couch in the room was stained in multiple spots. The women at the front desk were nice. I would not recommend staying at this hotel without serious renovation.

The manger was the only good part of my stay!!! The bathroom was filthy, the remote didn’t work and no toilet paper in the bathroom!!! I don’t believe this is anyway to run a business!!!

Door to room stuck. Took all my might to open it from inside to get out of room. Bathroom very tiny. No trash can in room. Breakfast bar was very limited and terrible w very little to choose from. No options. Eggs and sausage. Allergies to eggs and sausage too greasy and couldn’t eat. Seldom anyone at front desk to greet. Will not stay there again. Very disappointed. 😟

The bed was extremely comfortable. I have difficulty in most hotels but this bed did not cause me discomfort. The remote didn’t work…lol. But overall the room was comfortable and very spacious. I have a housekeeping business, so it wasn’t quite up to my standard of clean, but it was tolerable.

I thought it would of been nicer....
Checking in, there was no staff at the counter. Had to wait a few minutes for someone to assist us. After checking in and going to the room, found the door was propped open and the bed not made. Told front desk and they sent house keeping person to come finish making the bed. Also found that the bathroom was not cleaned, and had no towels. Sink had what appeared to be sticky pink soda on it. Front desk said they would have towels brought to room but did not, so I found the towel cart in the hallway and was able to get a few small hand towels to use. Found beer bottle caps and toe nails on the floor by the bed. Inside pool was cold due to the pool water heater broke, and had no pool towels to use. I understand they may be short staffed and over worked, but they need to figure out how to fix it and do better.

Great Place to stay
This facility appears to have been recently updated. We checked in and our room was fairly stale smelling with quite a few dead bugs on the window sill. NO big deal. The halls had a strong smell but the room overall was comfortable and clean. They must have been having issues as maintenance started working later in the evening. When we asked the front desk how long the work would continue, they asked if we were bothered by the noise. The front desk clerk suggested a room move. The second room was cleaner and just as comfortable, quieter as well. Overall quite a pleasant experience.

The hotel staff was disorganized. The morning cleaning service began working very early and were extremely loud waking us up every morning. Even with a “do not disturb” sign on the door. We stayed three nights and would never go back. Hotel 6 experience for a very high price.

Nice to have the hot breakfast, but it was not well attended. One day items were gone long before closing time, and another day some items that needed to be hot, were barely warm. Overall, 3 day stay rates an 'Average' rating. Not bad, nothing special.

The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and it was overall a great stay! The only downside was that checkout was at 12 pm but we were being harassed at 11 am if we were going to be staying another night instead of waiting until noon.
