2 stone modern villas with private pools for your luxury holidays.The closer villas to shipwreck view! Enjoy the beauty of the mountains and the quiet place.The transportation form an to the airport is on us.Both 2 villas are 130 square meters.Two floor villas for 6 persons to sleep.
The ground floor consists of dining/living room,a bedroom,a separate bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with:electric oven,microwave washing machine,fridge,iron/ironing board, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a full range of cooking equipment.The bedroom consists of double bed with a wardrobe a tv and also has his furnitures and its own balcony.The lounge area consits of comfortable furnitures and also a large sofa for a lot of people,there is also a fireplace,tv,dvd player and a cd player.The WC room has a hand washing basin a toilet and a buthtub.You can access upstairs from the stairs inside the house.This floor consists of 2 berdrooms and 2 bathrooms for each one and a big balcony.The main bedroom has a double bed,safe box,a big wardrobe,a beauty mirror an a furniture together,tv, patio doors and a bathroom with a hand washing basin a toilet and a buthtub.The second bedroom has two single beds,a WC,wordrobe,tv.All the areas and rooms of the houses have A/C.
The exterior of the villas are 1000 square meters with a private pool for each house,sunbeds and umbrellas,a kiosk area,a barbecue area, and a private parking.

A lovely, clean villa in a beautiful location, with everything required provided.

Ioannis was a great host and made airport transfers stress free. He enabled us to get provisions on the way and made restaurant recommendations. The villa is in a beautiful village with very welcoming locals. Unfortunately the beautiful surrounding was affected by fires during our stay. Ioannis made our safety of paramount importance and villagers looked after us, even though there were fires putting their properties and land at risk. It really was remarkable how quickly the tavernas opened again. The villagers strength, support and courage is something to be admired and we were humbled by it. The fires made our visit more interesting than we anticipated but we have very fond memories of Anafonitria!

Loved villa in a quiet location near a friendly village. Great location for the ship wreck and boat.

Siamo stati ospiti di questa villa per una settimana ed è proprio come viene descritta, comoda, pulita, spaziosa e dotata di tutti i servizi, in un contesto molto tranquillo, forse un pochino isolata dalle zone più frequentate dell'isola. L'unico consiglio per il proprietario Ioannis, che è molto gentile e disponibile, è di mettere il cancello elettrico all'ingresso!

Beautiful well-equipped villa in pristine condition

This villa is beautiful, well designed and well cared for.Away from the crowds, it sits in the north west of Zakynthos where there are some lovely areas to explore. A car is needed. Ioannis, the owner discretely ensures the pool is kept clean and everything is in working order.

Beautiful spacious property in scenic location

We had a wonderful holiday here, the property was exactly as it looks in the pictures and had amazing sunset views every evening. Plenty garden space and outdoor dining areas. It's in a peaceful village with a couple of tavernas and mini market a few minutes walk away. Great location for exploring the north of the island which in our view was the most picturesque. The owner was very attentive and friendly, we chatted to him most evenings when he came to clean the pool and he was keen to hear where we'd explored that day, we felt like we made a friend. It was our first time holidaying in a Villa and we would definitely return.

Fantastic villa!

John was a fantastic host, meeting us at the airport, taking us to the supermarket en route to the villa. The location is beautiful in a traditional Zante village called Anafonatria. The villa and pool were immaculate and very well equipped. A car is essential to make the most of visiting the endless beautiful beaches on the island.
