Awesome place awesome people

Fantastic place to stay in Zakopane. Very nice and quiet area just less than 10 minutes walk from Krupowki Street. Nice view from the bedroom’s window. Round the corner of the mountains walking paths (White’s Valley)etc. Owners Michal and his mom absolutely friendly with the highest hospitality in the earth. Always happy to assist you with anything. Finding and sharing recommendations of our requests. Outstanding breakfast. Everyday fresh and tasty. Fresh scrambled and cooked sausages just delivered to your table as well as cold cuts and continental selection buffet. In this place you can feel like at home. Big thank you for your hospitality and we are going to come back very soon.

Perfect for either long or short stay

I have been in many hotels, guesthouses in Zakopane and definetely this is one of the best. Service is great and you can get information about everything you need. Location is perfect about 10 minutes walk from main walking street ''Krupowki'', 5 min walk from nearest shop and 2 minutes walk from nice restaurant. Room was with bathroom and tv with great terrace. Parking was for free. Breakfast was very good. I would just add a jug of pure water+ a jug of water with lemon. Not everybody is drinking coffee or tea. It could be also in the peak season earlier than 8:00. I suggest 7:00 as many people would like to go for treks earlier. I fully recommend this place.

I got the smallest single room with a double bed, tiny table but no chair. The walking space between the wall and the bed was less than 2 feet wide. The shower had a mold and water was overflowing into the room. The bed sheets were ripped and the pillowcase had mold stains. Was charged extra for the second person but still stayed in the same room. The room service moved my personal items multiple times moving them onto a pile on the floor. Very disappointed.

El Staff es muy amable y el hotel es muy bonito, pero tuvimos un problema con la habitación, cuando hice la reservación, reservé una habitación con una cama matrimonial y 2 individuales, al llegar a la habitación me doy cuenta que me estaban dando 2 camas matrimoniales, hice el reclamo pero el encargado solo se excusó con que era navidad y estaban llenos, lo cual no me parece bien, porque al final te están dando algo que no pediste, y algo también que pienso que deben de mejorar es que el baño no funcionaba el extractor de olores, pero a parte de eso todo bien, el desayuno vale mucho la pena tomarlo, muy rico todo

Pani na recepcji jest bardzo, ale to bardzo przemiła ze świetnym poczuciem humoru. Service pierwsza klasa, upewnianie się przez obsługę, czy czegoś potrzebujemy albo czy wszystko jest w porządku regularnie. Bardzo czysty i cieplutki pokój. Wygodne łóżka. Pościel bardzo cosy. New Year with family

We spent some days for New Year at Szarotka in Zakopane and was very good, very kind staff, confortable rooms, toilets were not too big but correct, we only have breakfast to eat there the three days, good food and wide selection of food. Definetelly a place to come back
