Very nice accommodation, easy walk to the main shopping street. Clean & tidy with an excellent breakfast to start the day. Staff all very friendly & helpful, they suggested we visit a restaurant which turned out to be superb.Throughly enjoyed out stay in Zakopane.

Attentive and friendly staff. Good and comfortable room, nice breakfast selection. Also, great location, near the bus/train station, ski slopes and the main street with restaurants and shopping area.

Very nice and quiet location close to the main town stroll. Breakfast buffet with variety of cold cuts, cheeses and good espresso. Rooms clean and good size. The only drawback were mattresses with hard and sticking out springs. Overall solid good 👍

Great hotel and fabulous location

Very good hotel, extremely spacious room with a large balcony. We loved our experience. Our flight arrived late in Krakow and all I had to do was send a message and the hotel staff left my key in a safe place for me to pick up. Very friendly staff and a fresh breakfast with a good range of options, not a huge breakfast but perfect for us.

Nice hotel with good location. Friendly staff 10 minutes walk to Krupówki 1 minutes walk to Carrefour and not far to Wielka Krokiew. Also on the same street is very good bar mleczny

Good summer stay (most days)

Breakfast was mediocre, e.g. cereal but no yoghurt. Enormous balcony (5*6 m) with table and chairs. It was easy to check in to our room after the reception was closed. We got woken up 6:15 on Sunday morning by the church service nearby, but the stay was good overall.

I was disappointed

We didn’t have a great experience finding out not all double rooms are the same size, no standards at all. My room, I couldn’t even open the bathroom door as it would hit the bed, so it was such a disappointment. Specially because we had another friends there and their room (same room type) was at least twice the size of ours. I will not even mention the balcony area. Those rooms should not be sold for the same price as the same kind because they clearly aren’t. Breakfast was good. I have requested my room to be cleaned because unfortunately sheets got dirty, but sheets were not changed. They only took out the trash. I don’t think it was the worst deal, but I’d strongly advise to separate the rooms type more appropriately and be aware that cleaning will not mean that bed linen will be replaced. Staff was friendly (most of them).

Good hotel, but …

Good hotel. Excellent location and breakfast. Friendly personnel. Great prices. The only negative thing: we stayed there several days and our room was never cleaned. Towels were changed only once - after we had to ask for new ones.

Netter kleiner Wanderurlaub

Wir hatten ein Vierbettzimmer zu dritt. Das Zimmer war schön und hatte alles, was man braucht. Wetterbedingt wurde es etwas warm und einmal wurden wir nachts vom Feueralarm (Fehlalarm) geweckt. Das Personal war nett und hat uns einen super Tipp gegeben, wo man gut essen kann.
