Location good when you finally find it.

A pain trying to find and park in one place for the key and instructions and then to park and find the actual location of the property. Failure to say that it was the 2nd street on the left BUT it was a one way street, the opposite way was really annoying. Very comfortable. clean room with a kettle and a fridge which was most welcome.

Close to train station and center square, nice and clean,. The management agency is not on site so you have to walk a few blocks to their office to check in, get the key, then walk back to the apartment, not long walk though, just a few blocks.

방 자체는 깔끔하고 좋아요 그런데 도착했을 때 바닥에 머리카락같은 먼지가 치워지지 않았고, 화장실 바닥이 젖어 있었어요 그리고 화장실에 빨아놓은 이불이 널려있더라고요....위치나 건물은 좋지만 방 상태가 좋지 않아서 별로 다시 가고 싶지 않아요

The exterior was run down but the interior was acceptable. However there was a public notice on the door saying the building was. Wing treated for a rodent infestation. We were only given towels and toilet paper for 1 day of our 2 day stay and the towels and bedsheets were stained with blood and urine. This could have. Wen a good location if properly serviced. When asked about the rodent infestation, desk staff refused to translate it and said it was nothing for us to worry about. Thank goodness for google translate. The desk staff also short-changed us when giving change for a luggage storage fee. The rates seem reasonable, but do your research and find a better place

This room #3 was in excellent condition, very comfortable bed, clean. The access to building and then to the suites is very safe. The view out the window is of other building but for short stay to do touring, it is fine. Note that parking in the streets is at a premium. If you are to leave your car without using it, we suggest to put it in a longer term parking not street parking; it will cost you less. We are very happy with the staff of Premium Zagreb Delux Suite. We forgot our passports in the safe. We reported it to the Check-in Point staff and they immediately took action to advise the cleaning staff. When we returned to Zagreb, we retrieved our passports and other items without a glitch. THANK YOU!

Great Zagreb Apartment

Perfect location with easy access to the sights. Building exterior is drab and daunting, but the interior is very well appointed and is very comfortable and safe. Check in was at another building, just two minutes walk away.

Nice and modern ensuite room. Entrance to building is rather dull but room and bathroom are great. Could do with a shelf in the shower though to put toiletries on rather than the shower floor. Approximately a 20-min walk to all the sights. I walked everywhere and did not require a car whilst staying here.

The room was okay, check-in was terrible.

One should know, before booking that this is a room in a private apartment. And the rooms are sold through an agency. And most importantly the agency will check you in within certain hours. In case your flight arrives after 10pm or early in the morning, the agency is not open and they will charge you 20 eur -which is not written anywhere on their page. I liked the room, except it was a bit cold.and it was facing the wall of the next building. The check-in experience was really bad. The lady almost threatened me that I may not be able to check-in because I was arriving late! I felt like they made a courtesy by charging me 40 eur for a private transfer and late check-in to a room which I paid above the average price of the similar rooms in Zagreb... So overall experience with this agency was not pleasant at all!

Great location, convenient and quite. Staff were very helpful and kindly accommodate our need for late check-out. Surpriselt found they provided electrical kettle in the room. Unfortunately, it has thick solid sediments. Other than this, all were great.

どこに行くのも徒歩圏内で便利でした。 日曜＆祝日だったため、利用していませんが、目の前にスーパーやパン屋もあります。 鍵の開け方が難しく、結局最後までコツがつかめませんでした。（音を聞いていると他の客はすぐに開けれるので外人は慣れた形式なのかも）

Perfect location, very close to the centre of the city. This was the first time I used an apartment-style accommodation, where there is no front desk but instead a separate nearby office where keys can be picked up, but that wasn’t difficult in any way. The room had everything I needed, was very clean and also very quiet at night. There was also a stovetop, cookware, and full dinner settings, so cooking for a night to save money on eating out is possible while staying here. Only possible downside was that there was just a shower and no full bath, but that was fine by me. Would stay there again, and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting Zagreb!

We stayed here for two nights. The room is in decent size. Location isn’t too bad (but too far from main bus station if you are traveling via buses). The building looks old but the room is alright. One thing have to mention is the door, it’s very hard to open. We failed to open the door and wait for the owner to come eventually.
