I can't really recommend this place too highly for a couple of reasons. The wifi continuously dropped out, even in the bedroom, which was the only place in the flat which would connect. The satellite TV which was covered by instructions had no signal (ota channels only) and there is also a mosquito problem, that we didn't really see in the rest of the city. Also, it's a bit far from the town centre really, so keep that in mind. Saying all that, it was clean, the room was a good size and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Super séjour !

Innes nous a accueilli trÚs chaleureusement, elle parle trÚs bien anglais et nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour visiter Zadar et ses alentours. Sa villa est grande, la chambre était spacieuse et nous étions à 10 minutes de voiture de la vieille ville de Zadar. Et merci encore pour le vin qui nous attendait dans notre chambre : il était trÚs bon !

MalgrĂ© le surbooking des sites de reservation, Ines s'est pliĂ©e en 4 piyr trouver une solution. Personnel d'une rare gentillesse. Super sĂ©jour Ă  10 min des plages. A 5 min de l'arrĂȘt de bus qui vous emmĂšne Ă  la vieille ville.

Nice place for a quiet relaxing break

We very much enjoyed our stay. The swimming pool is great (although there was no pink swan as in the picture). The garden is very nice, with deck chairs in the sun and in the shade, and it has a very home-like feel. The website says "limited housekeeping": the hotel does not offer breakfast, but there is a shop across the road, and guests can use the breakfast room in the hotel. The ground floor could do with refurbishment, but our room was clean and comfortable, and having a balcony/terrace was great. I loved the paintings (the owner’s work). Staff are friendly, they helped us organise taxi from/to the airport and offered an occasional glass of wine. It is a very quiet residential area, ~20 minutes walk to the beach and most tourist facilities. But there are several restaurants nearby, and the bus stop to the old town is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Hotel was difficult to access from car park as it was deep gravel. The pool area was rough and uneven. Stairs to room was steep. And bed was very low. We decided not to stay and the staff very helpful gave a refund. It is a budget hotel

Man wird nachts eingeschlossen

Man wird nachts eingesperrt. Ich wurde um 5:30 Uhr vom Taxi abgeholt und mußte feststellen, dass beide Ausgangs TĂŒren abgeschlossen waren. Die ZimmerschlĂŒssel funktionierten dort nicht und auf mein Trommeln und rufen reagierte niemand. Ich konnte zum GlĂŒck die eine TĂŒr aufbrechen, umso noch rechtzeitig zum Flughafen zu kommen. Auch die so gekennzeichnete FluchttĂŒr war abgeschlossen und auch mit Gewalt nicht zu öffnen. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt, bei geschĂ€tzt 50 Übernachtungen in Hotels jĂ€hrlich.

Peccato...

La struttura ha delle ottime potenzialitĂ  ed Ăš in posizione eccellente. Peccato l'evidente mancanza di personale (due sole ragazze gentilissime ma evidentemente non sufficienti) e l'incuria. Il WiFi ha funzionato la prima sera ed Ăš poi diventato irraggiungibile e nonostante le ripetute segnalazioni nulla Ăš cambiato. Una sera si Ăš rotto il telecomando del condizionatore e per averne uno funzionante Ăš stata una situazione tragicomica. Ci siamo pure ritrovati una sera con la chiave di servizio sulla porta e la porta aperta dal mattino... Ripeto, davvero un peccato perchĂ© con delle minime attenzioni in piĂč sarebbe tutto diverso.

Mysigt med trevlig och vÀnlig personal.

Bra ren pool, bra sköna sÀngar (beror pÄ vad man gillar). Trevliga Àgare och vÀldigt tillmötesgÄende. Pratar bra engelska och informerar och ger tips om omgivningen, om det man vill veta, de Àr inte pÄflugna vilket Àr mycket bra. Bra strand pÄ gÄngavstÄnd med mindre uteservering, inte nÄgon strandpromenad. NÀra till bra restauranger och liten lanthandel. NÄgot lÄngt att promenera in till centrum dÄ kan man behöva bil. Helt OK WiFi om Àn nÄgot segt.

Nous avons choisi cet hÎtel sur le site Expedia parce qu'il annonçait petit déjeuners compris , mais les petits déjeuners n'existent plus depuis 3 ans suite à la fermeture de l'hÎtel restaurant Albin , donc déception ( le suite à été modifié depuis) Propreté chambre à revoir (lit fait tous les jours) mais aspirateur et nettoyage salle de bain inconnus
