"Staff is the reason to stay! Every single person day or night on the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. You want easy-going on vacation, minimal hassle and they gave it. My partner is disabled and they made our stay feel smooth, with is uncommon unfortunately. They held doors, they grabbed plates, they moved lifts, took pictures, kept luggage, held my package, greeted people coming back from the game. While that may be things any hotel should do, that is not always the case. Certainly there are many places that dont do it with a smile and a no problem. I went to the pool hot tub 15mins before it closed just to jet my legs a few mins after walking all day. The staff was already cleaning, they didnt eye roll, ask me to leave early, or even bother me about it. Everything was advertised correctly in room and amenities but that is a bonus to me. Going to arch park, river, or game. This is the hotel to book."

"Location was great and hotel newly updated. There could be improvement with communication among staff members. One front desk member told us we could check out late at 12pm and another was rude and dismissive toward us when we asked for new keys to let us in past normal check out time. This was frustrating experience and I hope the hotel can improve "

"Breakfast provided lots of options including fresh daily options. The room had visible damage in multiple areas which made it feel dirty. The pool area had lots of grim and trash and could probably use occasional walk through from staff to keep up with it. "

"We asked about the wheelchair accessibility and there’s 7-8 steps to get into the building. There is an elevator but considering my husband is wheelchair bound having a room on the first floor would have been nice. Also, paid extra for gate parking and you get assigned a parking spot. Thankfully it didn’t look like there were many guest there when we stayed but we didn’t get assigned a handicap parking spot. Then we reserved this stay for 6 people for 2 nights but was only given 4 towels. We didn’t find any sheets for the pull out couch. Lastly it also wasn’t swept very well, especially in the 2nd bedroom. There was so much gravel debris from the walls on the floors and there was a stale smell. The best part of this location was how convenient it was to all the attractions."
