"The hotel conditions were disappointing. The soundproofing was nearly nonexistent, and the room looked nothing like the photos shown on Expedia, it felt more like a dated motel from the early 2000s. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. Still, I ended up canceling the remainder of my stay after the first night.

"Location is convenient and many restaurants around. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. The room is quiet and comfortable. The only issue is the lobby and the elevators an are filled with secondhand smoke. Other than that everything is good as expected. "
