Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property and grounds during their stay.

While adventure is close by, many guests find themselves perfectly content never leaving the property.



Between volleyball matches, poolside afternoons, sunset gatherings, and late-night stargazing, the home becomes a destination in itself.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for exploring the area and accessing nearby attractions.



The Beachhouse in the Desert is located in a peaceful high-desert residential setting approximately 10 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park and a short drive to Pioneertown, local dining, and shops.



The final half-mile leading to the property is a well-traveled dirt road typical of the high desert. Most vehicles navigate it comfortably; however, low-clearance sports cars are not recommended, particularly after rainfall.



Rideshare services are limited in the area, so guests are encouraged to plan transportation in advance if needed.



Ample on-site parking is available within the gated property for registered guests.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure the best experience for all guests:



• Pool and hot tub heating require 3 days advance notice and an additional fee to cover propane costs.

• Use of outside speakers is strictly prohibited

• Quiet hours are observed at night to preserve the peaceful desert environment.

• The desert is home to unique wildlife — please enjoy respectfully and avoid leaving food outdoors.

• Stargazing here is extraordinary — we highly recommend stepping outside after dark.

• For your security, exterior security cameras are located on the property perimeter.

• There is a mandatory Security Deposit of $5,000 per stay - to be released to your card 5 days post-stay.

• This property operates under a local short-term rental permit: CESTRP-2026-00179 and CESTRP-2026-00180.

We are Shannon & Jacob, your attentive hosts. We respect your privacy and will not be present during your stay, but we are available to assist with recommendations for the area.
