Near numerous old historical towns. 30 to 45 minutes drive to Ashland (SOU, Shakespeare Theater) and Jacksonville (Britt Festival) in Oregon. Many surrounding local hiking trails & lakes, near by Trinity Mtns.,Castle Craigs,Pacific Trail. No long term monthly rentals. No Pets allowed, no exception.
