The location is very close to the Big House and downtown so it was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. "We were in town for a wedding. This place was just what we needed. Beds were comfy, place was clean, and location was within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We had read reviews that mentioned the train which was good to know ahead of time. I made two casseroles to take to a brunch and the kitchen was stocked with the necessary kitchen utensils. We would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent stay at Nice and Cozy. Plenty of room for everyone and i ejoyed that the host had everhing we might have needed tonise. Although the hose was pretty clean, i would suggest a little dusting, especially in the corners in the upstairs bedrooms near the AC units. I would absolutely recommend this this place to anyone visiting the area. "
