Location of home is great. Clean and all kitchen supplies needed where available.The only negative review is that faucet to bathroom downstairs did not function well. We had to turn water off and on below sink since water keeps running. to down b

Love the views from the property. Property is also conveniently located inside the park. But grocery stores are far away, so bring your groceries on your way into the park.

I messaged a question right after I made the reservation, and didn't get any response. Then I got a message the morning of the day we were supposed to stay saying they had to cancel my reservation due to a pipe burst. The next day I asked whether they cancelled the charge, but never heard from them. Worst experience ever with property booking. I'd give a zero star if I can.

Needs maintenance

The propert bedding smelled like mildew and i had to contact property manager to get access to wash them. they gave me access to washroom and i found a pile of wet towels sitting in the washer. We were staying three days there so the towels would be mildew smelling if i had to put in dryer . I had to dry the other items left in dryer then dry the th towels then wash my bedding. The place was not cleaned to a rental standard by smell of mildew. Trash was also left on decks. A box of cardboard.Also downstairs sink had no working sink handles. we had to go under sink and turn on cold and hot water. It leaked th entire time.

I do NOT recommend this home. VERY frustrating experience. Requested an early check in a couple of days prior to arrival, then followed up twice and didn’t hear from the host (Lakshmi) until the day after we checked in apologizing for the delay and hoping it had worked out, which it clearly hadn’t. The house was at 55 when we got there at 5, we turned the heat on but it was still in the 50s when we went to bed at 9. There were a few gas fireplaces but no instructions on how to use them. The listing says there is a futon in an office and a sofa bed, but there was no office (so no futon) and all of the sofas were regular sofas, no sofa bed. There was a number on the fridge for Martha saying to text if we had any questions. I texted about the heat, the fireplaces and the beds and never heard back. I messaged Lakshmi in the VRBO app asking if they could advise and we never heard back. The house was very dusty and we were sneezing a lot. The house manual seemed to be for the incorrect home because none of it was accurate. It said there was one remote for the smart TV but there were 4 remotes and we were never able to get it to any apps/TV. There was also barely enough toilet paper. We understand things won’t be perfect, but we’ve never had a stay where the listing description was so inaccurate. We also expect SOME kind of communication and support. The most frustrating part was NEVER hearing from anyone. This was definitely NOT worth the money we paid. Very disappointing.
