"The room had some cleanliness issues that made us feel like checking out 1 day early. Also, the TV kept goi my in and out and they did not have streaming capabilities (which I know is not a big deal, but when the cable is going in and out and it’s raining outside, the kids want to watch Disney, ya know?) The bed was really uncomfortable. However, the breakfast looked and smelled pretty good. "

"Overall, my stay was extraordinary and I truly enjoyed the experience. However, I would suggest a couple of improvements. First, it would be great if some reception staff could enhance the quality of their welcome by being more friendly and smiling more often at guests. A warm attitude really makes a difference. Secondly, I would recommend offering Wi-Fi as a complimentary service rather than making it chargeable. Aside from these points, everything else was excellent."

"We booked our room the beginning of December and was surprised to find that the pool was closed. A pool was a necessity for our stay, and I found this one using the pool filter when searching. "

"This hotel is in the heart of everything. Restaurant from Benihana's to Chipotle. Shopping centers are also at a large variety. This hotel does offee breakfast, eats sausages/ham, oatmeal, cereal, coffee and juice. I came from out of town and did a staycation with my mom and she enjoyed herself. She raved about the comfortableness of the bed and the breakfast she love everything about it. Staff was attentive and extremely polite. Requested towels and was taken care of immediately. I felt valued would stay and recommend. Its also family friendly which is a plus. "

"Very well stocked kitchen with lots of plates, more than average small appliances available. Plenty of living space and nice bedrooms. It worked very well for us and allowed us to visit our relatives who lived nearby."
