"Only thing wrong was we didn’t stay long enough. We loved this little cottage. It’s a beautiful little home away from home. Whitby was fantastic as well. Wish we’d known ahead of time how much we would love it so we could have booked a longer stay."

"Great location, the apartment had everything we needed for our stay."

"This is probably the best equipped apartment we have stayed in. Everything had been thought of. Anthony from Anchor Bay homes was great if we had any problems or questions. Would definitely book again"

The location was excellent, with plenty within easy reach, and the hosts made everything straightforward with clear instructions and fast communication. We'd definitely recommend it."

"Perfect place to stay. Lovely view and a clean space. We couldn’t find a WI-FI code. We could have asked but we were so comfy we fell asleep! We would stay again. "

"Spot on for a nice quiet break."

"Lovely old property with lots of character. Comfortable beds and nicely furnished. As a group of friends we enjoyed our stay. 20 min taxi or bus ride into York. Very few negatives. Bit of road noise as it's a busy road, a few hair dryers would have been nice, description said it was near a shop, but not the case."

"Beautiful cottage in idilic location and town. The kids especialy loved the secret passage !"

"My family and I absolutely loved staying at Bailey's Beach House, everything was to a very high standard. Fully equipped kitchen was high spec and easy to use. The location were really quiet considering the house is near to the amenities. We especially enjoyed all the artwork around the house. Thanks"

"Could have been cleaner and cheaper for what you get, but the facilities and the size, number of bathrooms and location make up for this."

"We had a great long weekend at Echo beach, the house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, Also a great location right next to the park, would definitely recommend and we would stay here again."
