One of the most comfortable rooms on Cocoa suites

The room is spacious and well-designed, with a clear separation between the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, including a coffee machine and microwave. The overall environment is excellent, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The only drawback is that the room is located at the end of the corridor, which may be slightly inconvenient if you have multiple bags or large luggage.

Disappointing Return Stay Despite a Lovely Apartment

I recently returned to this apartment after a pleasant first stay in May, but unfortunately this visit fell far short of expectations. While the apartment itself is modern and nicely presented, a number of issues made the experience uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi dropped repeatedly throughout the stay, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. Even more concerning was discovering a pair of old women’s underwear behind the towel heater—an unexpected and unhygienic find that suggests housekeeping standards were not up to the level they should be. The heating was also extremely temperamental, often either not working properly or becoming too warm, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. This is particularly disappointing as my previous stay did not involve any such issues. Additionally, the bottom tray of the fridge—used for storing milk—was still broken, the same condition it was in during my stay in May. This indicates that maintenance concerns reported previously have not been addressed. Overall, despite the apartment’s modern appearance and potential, the lack of cleanliness and the recurring maintenance and comfort issues made this stay far less enjoyable than my first. I truly hope these concerns are taken seriously so future guests can enjoy the experience this property should be able to provide.
