  • Wonderful fully renovated 2 storey townhouse set on a desirable riverside development in the city centre of York. The house has a newly installed kitchen/diner with washer/dryer and dishwasher and leads to a living room.Upstairs there are two bedrooms. 1 allocated parking space is available outside the property. The house is situated close to the centre but benefits from being in a quiet but popular residential area with riverside views. Sorry but we cant accept bookings from same sex groups.

Very nice house, but one or two niggles and have contacted the owner about them, so this should be resolved.
