City Centre Skeldergate 1 Bed Apartment With Parking
- One bedroom city centre apartment with parking and a King Size bed located in a modern secure gated development within the historic city walls. 10 minutes walk from York Station and a short walk across the river finds you in the city centre only a few minutes away from all that York has to offer. The apartment is on the ground floor but in an elevated position at the front and there are communal gardens at the rear. The lounge features french doors opening onto a Juliet Balcony. Rooms: Hallway with large walk-in cupboard, Lounge with leather and solid oak furniture and flat screen TV, DVD player, iPod docking station and a selection of CD’s and DVD’s, free unlimited Wi-fi. Solid oak dining table with seating for four. Kitchen area with dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom with king size bed and pine furniture, clock radio and hairdryer. Bathroom with shower over the bath and heated towel rail. Electric heating is provided for the cooler months. Complimentary toiletries and tissues are provided on arrival. Paid parking available nearby. USB charging sockets are available in the bedroom and living room.
